La Luz del Oeste
La Luz is a planned development of 96 townhomes situated on Albuquerque’s west side, adjacent to the Rio Grande bosque. Designed by world famous architect Antoine Predock, La Luz’s architecture respects privacy and natural habitats, while fostering community through its design.
Each townhome has a unique view, while Landowners share five acres of communal walkways, drives, plazas, and recreational spaces and 30 acres of protected mesa with walking paths.
A democratically elected Landowner’s Association maintains this historically significant and beautiful space.
